Admissions Protocol for Overseas Students

Visiting
Visitors are always welcome in the Beit Midrash. Girls are always welcome to come and get a sense of what the Beit Midrash is like, to learn, whether in order to see if they wish to apply for the coming year, or whether they wish to join the students of the Beit Midrash, learn, and experience the light of Torah for its own sake if they have some free time. Those who wish to visit are requested to contact the office beforehand and inform the Beit Midrash of their arrival. The Beit Midrash will be happy to host them.

Admission Procedure
High school seniors from overseas who wish to apply to the Beit Midrash for the coming school year can do so either by having the college guidance staff contact the Beit Midrash or by doing so herself. Mrs. Esti Rosenberg, the head of the program, travels to the United States a few times a year, in order to make presentations in different high schools, and interviews are conducted either by herself or another member of the Beit Midrash staff. Applicants are subsequently notified by mail regarding acceptances. Students may apply with the joint application put out by the Board of Jewish Education of Greater New York.
